As cities across the North Bay raise the minimum wage, we are proud to announce all wages across CCNB are rising for corpsmembers on January 1st, 2020.
Now our starting wage is $14 an hour. That means every single corpsmember is getting a boost to their income, even if they are already making over $14 an hour. Corpsmembers will also continue to receive benefits such as healthcare and retirement.
As our organization grows, so does our capacity to pay our corpsmembers and strengthen our program. We hope this move will increase our ability to recruit young people across the North Bay and amplify our life-changing programs.
